This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by RINGSTRONG (“Organisation”) and you, the user (“Member”), and comes into effect as of sign-up to the RINGSTRONG program. 

1. Member Benefits

As of part of membership with RINGSTRONG, the Member will receive the following benefits:

  • Access to the RINGSTRONG membership site, including downloadable progress tracking spreadsheet, instructional videos and text, and interactive elements designed to guide the member through all the training, nutrition and learning involved in the RINGSTRONG program.
  • Access to one-on-one coaching assistance calls, booked through the membership site by the Member at their discretion.
  • Access to the RINGSTRONG Facebook group, accessible via the membership site pending approval by the Organisation. 

2. Membership Dues

The Member will be charged a recurring $65 AUD per month for membership. This charge will occur automatically, according to the billing details registered upon signup. If payment fails, membership will be automatically terminated. Upon voluntary termination of their membership, the Member will retain access for the remainder of the billing period that they have paid for. 

3. Restrictions

The Member agrees that they will not:

  • Share their login information with non-members
  • Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members

4. Liability

The Member will not hold the Organisation liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.

The Member agrees that the Organisation cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices. 

5. Privacy

The Organisation will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties. 

6. Membership Termination

The Organisation has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle. 

By signing up to the program, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
